Your window of tolerance represents your ability to respond effectively to stress. Are you at capacity? No bandwidth? Do you feel irritable or anxious? Do you feel disconnected or heavy? Does your mind feel overloaded? When you are above(hyper) or below (hypo) your Window of Tolerance your mind is saying "please give me a break!" A "brain dump" is a quick way to honor the requests of your body and develop new coping strategies.
